Miley Cyrus was spotted out running some errands as she left an office building in Beverly Hills on Thursday afternoon.

The 19-year-old (who turns 20 next week) actress and singer was showing off her toned tummy in a cropped black and gray sweater, mid rise blue jeans, and she kept her short hair hidden with a black beanie.

In other news, Cosmopolitan magazine just announced, “The rumors are true: Yes, we just shot @MileyCyrus for her first Cosmo cover. Yes, @RachelZoe was involved. Yes, the photos are UNREAL.”
