Jared Leto was spotted as he was leaving the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood.

The rock star/actor looked great as he wore a dark blue suite finished off with some black work boots.

There are rumors going around that Jared and his band 30 Seconds To Mars have been working on new music and will hit the studio to record a new album sometime this year!
